James Leo Daigler Obituary

James Leo Daigler passed away July 23, 2025 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  Born December 18, 1950 in Tonawanda he was the son of Leo and Marie (Ulrich) Daigler.  James worked for Delphi Thermal System in Lockport for 36 years.  He enjoyed hunting and gardening.  James was a member of the Pendleton Lions, Brauers Fishing Club, and White Creek Hunting Club.


James is survived by his wife of 35 years Linda (Stockinger) Daigler; children Kenneth (Fran) Kraus, Kerry (Rich) Gmerek, and Kyle (Michelle) Kraus; grandchildren Brandon (Tiffany) Ayers, Joseph Kraus, Ryan (Brooke) Gmerek, Tyler Gmerek, Ethan Gmerek, Abby Kraus, Aiden Kraus, and Alexa Kraus; great grandchildren Brayleigh, Kambri, and Blaine; sister Mary (late Pete) Ernest; nieces Tracey (Barry) Stelbach and Mary Caroline (Adam) Wagner. 


Relatives and friends may call Monday, July 28th from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
