

Obituary of Lucy I Kowalski
Lucy I. Kowalski passed away June 28, 2025 under the care of Niagara Hospice. She was born September 27, 1939 in Newfane and was the daughter of Harry Klee and Verna (Zanow) Klee Theil. Lucy worked in production for Ultra Tool in Amherst retiring in 2005.
The family would like to thank Niagara Hospice for their care and a very special thank you to Lucy’s Companion, John Kline, for his loving care.
Lucy is survived by her loving companion John Klein; her children Curtis (Diane) Kowalski, Danny (Amy) Kowalski, Allen (Jackie Cook) Kowalski, Duane (late Tammy) Kowalski, and Brian Kowalski; grandchildren Brigene, Marcy, Genevieve, Stacey, Winston, Molly, Paul, Jamie, Veronica, Danielle, and Madeline; ten great grandchildren; siblings Richard (Carol) Klee and Geraldine Payne; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three sisters Joyce Murphy, Carol Roberts, Eileen Petti and Donald Klee.
Relatives and friends may call Monday, July 7th from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8th at 10 AM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
