
Obituary of Stella M. Fulcher
Stella’s strong spirit was undeniable throughout her full life to the age of 81. She died peacefully in her home in Lockport, NY. She was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Theresa Licata and the sister of Thomas Licata. She was the beloved wife of John H. Fulcher whom she married 63 years ago on December 30, 1961. She was the loving mother of John H. (Gina) Fulcher, Jr., Thomas J. Fulcher, Theresa (Michael) DeLuca, Marianne E. Fulcher, Michael H. (Erin) Fulcher. She is survived by her grandchildren, Katrina (Ben) Fulcher-Rood, Destiny (Nicholas) Ciemny, Thomas J. Fulcher II, Angelo J. DeLuca, Anthony M. DeLuca, Mason W. Fulcher James, Jacob H. Fulcher and Katelyn M. Fulcher, and her great-grandchildren Logan and Cameron.
She was proud of her family and the college education she earned. After years of working with Licata Brothers, she earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the UB School of Management. She served for more than 15 years with Niagara County in the purchasing department. She enjoyed musical theater, traveling and spending time with her family and friends over a nice meal.
Relatives and Friends are invited to visitation, Monday, June 30th from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 1st at 10 AM at All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport. Entombment will be in Glenwood Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to autism services and the Palace Theater where Stella spent countless hours watching her daughters, youngest son and grandchildren dance.
