Thomson, Barbara J. “Bonnie” passed away June 16, 2025 in Brothers of Mercy Nursing Facility.  Born November 11, 1936 in Buffalo, she was the daughter of Felix P. and Mary B. (Kawa) Gutowski.  She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Thomson.  Barbara was a home health care aide working at the Weinberg Campus in Getzville.  She is survived by her children Sandra (Mark) Flanigan, Daniel Krull, Karen (John) Kudla, Darlene (Al) Brooks, Lynn (Howie) Hall, and Sharon Niezgoda; siblings Ronald (Madeline) Gutowski and Christine (Chuck) Morris; also several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings Gertrude Gutowski, Norbert Gutowski, Dorothy (Peter) Arida, Elizabeth (Robert) Rautenstrauch, Margaret (Richard) Madej, Raymond Gutowski, Daniel Gutowski, and David (Donna) Gutowski.  Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Sunday, June 22nd from 1-4 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  Funeral service will be held Monday, June 23rd at 10 AM at the Chapel at CrossPoint, 500 CrossPoint Pkwy., Getzville.  Interment will be in Elmlawn Cemetery.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
