Tina M. (nee Kelley) Spillman, age 67, of the Town of Lockport, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025, after a lengthy illness.  She was born in Lockport, NY to the late David and Sylvia Kelley.  Tina’s hobbies included crafting, ceramics, and baking, but she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.  She could also be seen throughout the neighborhood delivering papers and phone books. 

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Donald P. Spillman, Sr., and was the mother of Rachel (Peter) Trombley, Donald P. (Bobbi Lynn) Spillman Jr., Malyssa S. Spillman, and the late Elizabeth Gagliardi, sister of David (Deborah) Kelley, Brian Kelley, and the late Keith and Michael Kelley, grandmother of McKayla (Joshua) Hausler, Adrianna, Samantha, Anothony (Tori) Spillman, and Emilylynn, great-grandmother of J.J., Athena, Ryder, McKenzie, and babies Astrid and Miley; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

There will be no prior visitation.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
