Carl E. Martin of Pendleton, NY passed away on Saturday May 10, 2025 in Niagara Hospice House.  Born in Dublin, Ireland on January 2, 1984, he was the son of Sally Byrne and Derek Martin.  Carl owned and operated WNY Tire in Lockport along with several other businesses.  Carl’s passions included boating and fishing. He was a Charter Captain for Dublin Up Sport Fishing team and won many tournaments. 

Besides his parents, Carl is survived by his daughter Eleanor White-Martin, his girlfriend Tracy Steen, brothers Nigel and Stephen, In-laws Sarah Hedges, Kaitlyn Worth and Derek’s wife Gail Andrews.  He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Friends may call on Tuesday May 13th 4-7 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday May 14th at 12:30 PM at Good Shepherd RC Parish, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Rd, North Tonawanda, NY 14120.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wilson, NY.  In Lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
