Obituary of Linda B. Horchler

Linda B. Horchler passed away May 7, 2025 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  Born April 23, 1948 in Lockport she was a daughter of Earl V. and Jacqueline (Davies) Beiter.  Linda worked for the City of Lockport where she was the secretary for the former Mayor Thomas Rotando.  She enjoyed cooking, sporting events, reading, and playing cards.  Linda was predeceased by her husband Ralph Horchler, son Peter Anderson, brother Daniel Beiter, and sister Sandra Chido.

Linda is survived by her two sons DanielJohn “DJ” (Amy) Anderson and Joseph (Heather) Anderson; grandchildren Emma, Payton, Brady, and Ryan; sisters Cherryl (Rhodes) Palmer and Lori (Mike) Moyer.

Relatives and friends may call Monday, May 12th from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, May 13th at 10 AM at Good Shepherd RC Church, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Rd., Pendleton.  Flowers gratefully declined but if one would like to make a donation to Lockport Cares, 188 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094 it would be greatly appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
