Susan Kay Knutson (Middleport) passed away on April 18th, 2025. She was born August 30th, 1952 in Viroqua, Wisconsin to Rita and Francis Knutson.

Sue earned her degree in x-ray technology in 1972. After which she spent 50 years helping others while working in the medical field. Twenty of those years were spent as the Chief of Mammography at Medina Memorial Hospital.

Sue’s kind heart and nurturing disposition lead her towards a deeper path of healing others. She achieved certifications as a Master of Reiki, an Ordained Minister throughout the Fellowship of the Spirit, a Holistic Healer, Educator, and Energy Practitioner.

Sue treasured her family and Friends. She enjoyed making memories with all of her grandchildren. However, motherhood was her most cherished adventure. Walking down the a path and getting lost in nature will now carry so many memories of a loving mother and Ahma.

She is predeceased by her parents, Rita and Francis Knutson, and sister Sherry Knutson.

She is survived by her two children, Roxanne (John) Beauman; Joseph Pencille. Her sisters, Stacy and Sandy Knutson; Brothers Mike Knutson and Mark (Gloria) Knutson; Precious grandchildren, Ayden Sage Pencille, Alyssa Beauman, Shianne Beauman, Ainsley Pencille, Anthony Beauman; And several nieces and nephews.
