

Obituary of Norma S. Baudendistle
Norma S. Baudendistle passed away April 16, 2025 in Absolut Care of Gasport. Born March 30, 1928 in Rochester, NY she was a daughter of Eugene and Elizabeth (Donner) Spoor. Norma worked for Sherwood Selpac in production for 22 years retiring in 1988. She loved being with family for dinners and Buffalo game days. Norma enjoyed her time on Wolfe Island, Ontario Canada where her family has enjoyed a history of over 200 years. She treasured her time with her mother, sisters and daughters on girls trips. Norma was deeply faithful to the good Lord.
Norma was predeceased by her husband Karl Baudendistle, children Barbara Stickney, James Baudendistle, Charles Baudendistle, and Keith Eric Baudendistle, and sisters Shirley (late Neil) Miller and Carol Hawkins.
She is survived by her children Sharon Hagan, Richard (Sharon) Baudendistle, Janet Baudendistle, Joan (Robert) Smith, and Kenneth (Tracey) Baudendistle; in-laws Roger Stickney, Connie Baudendistle, and Bonnie Baudendistle; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren; sister Marjorie (late Rodger) Schmidt; brother-in-law Donald Hawkins; also several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, April 22nd from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 23rd at 10 AM at St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
