Mary G. Hanna Obituary
Mary G. Hanna passed away April 16, 2025 in Elderwood of Lockport. Born November 20, 1944 in Lockport she was the daughter of Lawrence and Gertrude (Papin) LaForest. Mary was a special education teacher for 34 years and worked for the Lockport City School District retired in 2005. She enjoyed reading, traveling with her husband, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Mary belonged to a book club and also the Dale Association.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Stephen J. Hanna in 2009 and a brother James LaForest. She is survived by her brother Larry (Linda) LaForest and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
