Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of James?
A: Never met a person who disliked James.
Over 200 HS classmates and everyone liked him.
Friendly, funny and always kind.

Dar, I am so sorry for your loss. I always looked forward to when Jim would make clam sauce and we would get the leftovers! The benefits of being friends/neighbors with a chef! I hope you find comfort in family and your granddaughter- Jim was a true family man!

We have so many great memories of Jim..."Demps". The silver fox who loved the New England Patriots, he always looked forward to " Sunday fundays" in Dougs man cave in his reserved favorite seat at the bar waiting for the infamous Manhatten. Jim loved watching sports & critiquing every play. He loved to cook & he was in charge of the prime rib at Christmas. It was always so delicious. I know he loved his " Smalls" "whatever she wants" he would say. So many laughs have been shared. He loved his Comet and sitting in his chair enjoying the sun.
He was famous for his goulash, burgers and his stuffed peppers. He had such a passion for cooking.
He loved golfing with Jagi, Doug & my brother Mike.
We will miss all the endless stories and twinkle in his eye. He had the best head of hair ...hands down.
Jim pushed on..never giving up.... I believe heaven gained a great chef, a great friend, brother in law, husband, father & grandfather. He was so in love with baby Vera. Just holding her for hours as she napped... That twinkle in his eyes.
Well Jim...Demps....we will really miss you. We will be there for"Smalls" and know we loved you buddy. Give Jagi a hug from us. God speed.
