Obituary of Richard W. Few

Richard “Rick” W. Few passed away March 17, 2025 in Buffalo General Medical Center.  Born February 12, 1948 in Lockport.  He was the son of C. Donald and Loraine (Wendel) Few.  Rick worked for Harrison Radiator Div of GM where he was a Cost Accountant.  Rick was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Lockport where he sang in the church choir for over 50 years.  He was also active with the Lock City Sound and played the French horn for over 50 years with Sanborn Fire Co Band.  Rick enjoyed traveling with numerous trips to Disney World, going on cruises, and will be remembered for his sense of humor.

Rick is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda (Stevenson) Few; children Brian (Robin) Few and Cynthia L. Few; grandchildren Simon, John Easton, and Morgan Few; also several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brothers Gary (late Patricia) Few and D. William (late Patricia) Few.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, March 20th from 6-8 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  Funeral service will be celebrated Friday, March 21st at 10 AM at Christ Episcopal Church, 7145 Fieldcrest Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.  In lieu of flowers donations to the church would be appreciated by the family.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com
