Obituary of Benjamin U. King

Please share a memory of Benjamin to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our Dad, Benjamin King. His passing has left a void in the hearts of those that loved him and of those he had loved. He is survived by his wife Rose King of 29 years whom he loved and cared for and her son Patrick. Also, leaving behind are his only son Tony King, Dad enjoyed and often laughed at Tony's quick and unique responses, Kimberly Kuwik (Daryl) his redheaded daughter whom he referred to affectionately as "Kimbo", Candy King who cherished spending his final days with him, her hope is that Dad is experiencing the wonders of heaven and looks forward to laughing with him again, as for me his oldest daughter Terri Goodrich Gay I am grateful that God my Heavenly Father assigned "Ben King" to be my earthly dad he gave me the courage to face this world in a fearless way.

He was a retired steel worker from Bethlehem steel for 27 years and was known to his coworkers as Busy Bee.

Additionally leaving behind our (3) grandsons (7) great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his mother and father, his friend/former wife Heidi, (4) brothers, (1) sister and his only granddaughter.
