Carter David Starcher passed away February 19, 2025.  Born February 25, 2020 in Tucson, Arizona he is the son of Jillian (Starcher) Carnes of Lockport and Bashawn Wright.  Carter was in preschool and loved watching silly You Tube videos, playing video games, and especially loved playing with brothers and sisters.

Besides his parents Carter is survived by his siblings Xzavier and Christina Carnes, Kashmire, Kasiah, Kingston, Karma. Kayshawn, and Kai’janae Wright all of Lockport; grandparents David & Jackie Starcher of Mobile, AL and Denise (Eugene) Jones of Niagara Falls and Brian (Latifah) Bentley of Trenton, NJ; aunts Savannah Bixler of Lockport, Brenda Wright, Shayonna Wright, and A’mia Carson all of Niagara Falls; uncles Remington (Lynn) Starcher of Daytona Beach, FL, Lakeem Wright and Tron Francis both of Niagara Falls; godparents Jeanie (Andrew Sirianni) Licata of Lockport and Curtis (Michelle) Anderson of Tucson, AZ; also several cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service Friday, February 28th at 1 PM in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
