Anne J. Valery (Daskavitz) entered into eternal life on February 9, 2025 in her home in Venice, Florida. Born November 26, 1936, in Lockport, NY, Anne was the daughter of Dmytro "Michael" and Mary (Shuba) Daskavitz.  Anne spent most of her life in Lockport, NY. She was a proud member of the last graduating class at the old Lockport High School on East Ave.  Anne continued her education and graduated from the University of Rochester School of Nursing in 1958 and worked as a nurse in the newborn nursery for 30 years at Lockport Memorial Hospital. Anne relocated to Venice, Florida in 2002. She loved travelling and making fantastic memories with her 7 grandchildren as they grew up.

Anne is survived by her children Louis, Thomas (Elizabeth), and Jeffrey (Danielle); grandchildren twins Joseph and Catherine (Thomas), Sabina, Louis Joseph, and Amelia (Louis), Jeffrey and Thomas (Jeffrey); along with her sister, Esther Daskavitz Owens and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Valery, and her siblings, Mary Catherine, George and Michael Daskavitz.

A private burial service for immediate family will be held at Cold Springs Cemetery.
