Franklin “Frank” R. Wagner passed away February 1, 2025. He was born on November 7, 1952 in Lockport, New York a son of Franklin E. and Florence (Farewell) Wagner. Frank was in operations at Frontier Stone for 25 years retiring in 2007. He was a  40 plus year member of Operating Engineers Union. Frank enjoyed being around his family and friends.  Frank was predeceased by his wife Debora (Dunn) Wagner who passed away May 28, 2018 and son Franklin P. Wagner.

He is survived by his son David (Brianna) Wagner; grandchildren Paige Wagner, Ian Wagner, Justin (Kayla) Delange and several other grandchildren; siblings Judy Haseley and the late Bill Bidleman; nephew Gordon Glena and large extended family.
