George W. Hardy, Jr passed away September 5, 2024 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  Born June 3, 1952 in Gaffney, SC he was the son of  George W. Hardy Sr. and Earlene Smith.  George worked at Dussault Foundry till its closing and then at Candlelight Cabinetry for 15 years retiring in 2023.  He enjoyed golfing, BBQ, playing Cornhole, horseshoes, dancing, and family gatherings.

George is survived by his girlfriend of 43 years Pam Miller; daughter Ivory Hardy; grandchildren Briana, Brian Beasock, and Kaedon Slattery; siblings Georgia Lindo, Frances Drain, Mamie Black, Patricia Hardy, David Hardy, and late Leon Hardy; also a host of nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Thursday, September 12th at 1 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
