Suzanne Burkholder passed away July 31, 2024 under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born March 24, 1951 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Fred and Mary Bialkowski. Suzanne worked for Erie County Department of Social Services in Buffalo for 30 years retiring as a supervisor. Suzanne enjoyed gardening, shopping, and traveling. She is survived by her husband of nine years Richard Benson; step-mother Mary Bialkowski; step-children Richard (Lisa) Benson and Carolyn (Robert) Mercer; step-grandchildren Kacey and Gavin Mercer; brother Steven Bialkowski, beloved furry companion Lucy. Suzanne was predeceased by her first husband Darrell Burkholder.
