Frances C. McGowan Obituary
Frances C. McGowan passed away November 19, 2023 at Niagara Hospice House. Born September 13, 1942 in Chattanooga, TN she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Jobina (Moore) McGowan. Frances loved spending time with her family, enjoyed music, singing and dancing which came from her father who played in a bluegrass band in Tennessee, working on puzzles and word searches, and also enjoyed getting her nails and hair done.
Frances is survived by her husband Dominic Centofanti, Jr.; daughters Chanda (Jason) Centofanti and Donna (Lee) Witkop; grandchildren Antonio, Jeremiah Conert and Hunter, Leah Witkop; siblings Arnold (Wanda) McGowan and Dianne (William) Hart.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
