Joan A. Wheeler Obituary
Joan A. Wheeler passed away March 23, 2023 in Niagara Hospice House. Born March 7, 1935 in Shumon, Alabama she was the daughter of Fred and Lois (Smith) Guest. She was a registered nurse, working for Dr. Paul Buerger, private practice in Lockport. Joan was an active member of Christ Community Church in Lockport, enjoyed watching sports especially the Buffalo Bills, and loved spending time with her family.
Joan is survived by her husband of 65 years, Charles Wheeler; sons Paul (Kathy) Wheeler and Bryant (Lynn) Wheeler; grandchildren Charlie, Jessica, Samantha, and Meghan.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, March 28th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will held Wednesday, March 29th at 10 AM.
