David E. Foltz of Rochester, NY, formerly of Lockport, passed away December 25, 2022. He was born in Amherst,  NY on November 2, 1981, the son of Eric D. and the late Donna (Smith) Foltz.

David graduated from Lockport High School and attended Buffalo State College for two years where he played on the varsity football team. He transferred to the University at Buffalo, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geographical Sciences.

In addition to his father, David is survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no prior calling hours.  Private burial services will be held at the convenience of the family.  A memorial Mass for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 28th at 11 AM in All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport.  Burial will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.  Online condolences at www.
