Ms. Joan Marie Morley fell asleep on December 11, 2022. Born on November 19th, 1966 in Medina, New York Joan held two degrees in Business Management and Dental Hygiene and worked several years as a Dental Assistant. She was known to unselfishly speak her truth. Joan strongly valued humanity and was a staunch advocate for anyone confronted with struggles. Joan’s infectious smile and laugh could overshadow the darkness in any room. She touched many lives and the impact she made on those lives will last an eternity. Joan was extremely LOVED and will be greatly missed.

She was predeceased in life by her loving parents Mr. Ernest Calvin Morley Sr., Mrs. Betty Jean Morley and Brothers Robert Morley, Ernest Calvin Morley Jr., Michael Louis Morley and Theophilus Morley III and Sister Barbara Morley.

Joan is survived by her five loving children Neshon Morley, Rashelle Morley, Michaela (Anne) Love, Janae Morley and Kalen Mitchell, eleven grandchildren Arianna Kush, Jayla Stover, Trenton Morley, Natalie Morley, Davon Morley Bishop, Dayana Morley, Royalty Howard, Serenity Amiiyah Marie Pritchard, Rhyan Ni’chole Graysen Love, Ever Michael Anthony Love and Jayven Anthony Morley and six adoring siblings Shirley Wyche, Ernestine Lopez, Priscilla Morley Stewart, Mary Morley Bogar, Nicole Morley and Charlie (Laurie) Morley and nieces & nephews John Rouse, Daron (Colleen) Woods, Danielle Boston, Kenneth Rouse, Marcus (Jen) Wyche, LaToya Wyche, Chudney (Jason) Palone, Valentine Lopez III, Naomi (Andre) Cowherd, Christina La Barre, Jamal Bogar, Tauren Bogar, William Patterson, Kevin Patterson, Andrew Patterson, Khari Demos, Kamanii Samuels and K’yu Samuels and a host of great nieces, nephews and friends.

Loved ones may call from 3-6pm on Wednesday December 21, 2022 at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home Inc., 242 Genesee Street, where Funeral services will held promptly at 6:00pm. Burial will be private at a later date in Cold Springs Cemetery.
