Mark F. Benedict, Sr passed away on November 5, 2022. He was born on July 26, 1962 in Newfane, New York a son of the late Ward and Carol (Weaver) Benedict, Jr. Mark owned his own trucking company. He enjoyed cars, country and gospel music but most of all he loved being in the garage with his son Mark Jr. and his grandsons Mark Benedict III and Noah Benedict teaching them anything mechanical.

Mark is survived by his wife of 39 years Kimberly (Hueber) Benedict; children Cindy (Paul) Munn, Junior (Charlene Poole) Benedict, Mark (Mary Beth Bane) Benedict, Jr.; grandchildren Mark, Noah, Shamaria, Laura, Shauna, Bentley, Jocelyn, James, Mercedes, Shantel, Brayden; great grandchildren Asher and Carter; siblings Carl Williams, Paul Williams, Linda (David) Jones, Kevin (Jennifer) Benedict, Karen (Dave) Mrowka, Bob (Chrissy) Benedict, Laura (Randy) Higgins, Brian (Patty) Benedict. He was predeceased by his grandson Brady.

Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday November 9, 2022 from 10-12PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home 242 Genesee Street Lockport, NY where a funeral service will be held at 12PM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
