Lemuel Hardy Obituary

Lemuel L. Hardy passed away January 19, 2010 in Buffalo General Hopsital. Born March 15, 1956 in Gaffney, SC he is the son of George Hardy and the late Earlene (Smith) Hardy. Lemuel worked for Buffalo Metal Casting Co. where he worked in production. He enjoyed cooking especially barbecues, fishing, softball and horse shoe. Besides his father Lemuel is also survived by his daughter Chenia Hardy of Lockport and two sons Todd Fernanders of South Carolina and Lemuel Hardy Jr. of Lockport; grandfather of Dayveon Fernanders, Tahjae Fernanders, Jasmine Fernanders, Promise Carter and Khyree Hardy; brother of George Hardy, Jr., David Hardy, Georgia Lindo, Frances Drain all of Lockport, Mamie Black of Lexington, SC and Patricia Hardy of Niagara Falls; also survived by his dear friend Peggy Fluellen and a host of nieces and nephews.


Relatives and friends may call Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 11 AM in the First Baptist Church, 140 Genesee Street, Lockport. Interment will be in South Carolina.

Relatives and friends may call Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.


Services

Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 11 AM in the First Baptist Church, 140 Genesee Street, Lockport.


Interment

Interment will be in South Carolina.
