Obituary of Jacqueline Dye Capen
Jacqueline Dye Capen, 77, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018. Formerly of Lockport NY, she was the daughter of the late Hollis and Ethel Prentice. Jackie enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She was an avid shopper and loved being a mother and grandmother to so many.
She is survived by six daughters, Judy Hundshamer, Pamela Luke and husband, Arthur, Dawn Phillips and husband, Ron, Patricia Green and husband, Dennis, Lori Thurston, and Yvonne Miller and husband, Greg; 32 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Robin Dye Coleman and Wanda Davis; two brothers, Robert Prentice and Wayne Prentice; and four grandchildren, Alexa Rae, Matthew, Stephen, and Chad.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, April 19th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 20th at 1 PM in Faith Tabernacle Church, 5676 Beattie Ave., Lockport.
