William E. Porter, Jr., 76 years, of Lockport, passed away on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport Site.
William ‘Bill’ E. Porter, Jr. passed away March 13, 2018 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born October 14, 1941 in Lockport he was the son of William and Constance (Clement) Porter, Sr. Bill worked for Tops Supermarket in Lockport where he was a cart boy. He enjoyed reading, loved music, old shows and westerns. The family wishes to thank Dr. Harnath Clerk and the staff at Elderwood of Lockport for their care of Bill.
Bill is survived by his sister Charlene (Roger) Shull; uncle of Sarah (Andrew) Nicholson and Andrew (Jenna) Shull; great uncle of Julian and Onalee Shull; close family friend Barbara Sheehan.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, March 15th from 4-7 PM with service following at 7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Interment will be in Wrights Corners Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Save A Pet would be appreciated. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
