Doreen Ann Voss passed away November 26, 2017 under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born in Buffalo on November 15, 1947 she was the daughter of Weseley and Betty (Williams) Flanders. Doreen earned her Associates degree from Erie Community College and worked for Pendleton Christian Nursery School where she was the director for several years. She was a member of Christ Community Church in Lockport singing in the church choir. Doreen enjoyed crafts, sewing, adored children, and enjoyed reading mysteries.
Doreen is survived by her husband of 49 ½ years, David Voss; two sons David (Virginia) Voss and Randal (Jennifer) Voss; grandchildren Abigail, Ryan, Ellie, Aidan, Isabella, and Sophia; two sisters Diane Tweedie and Barbara Capwell; also several nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service Saturday, Dec. 2nd at 12 Noon in Christ Community Church, 140 Genesee St., Lockport. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
