Robert L. Bowe, of Lockport, NY passed away Oct. 6, 2017 after a long illness at the VA Hospital, Buffalo, NY. Born Aug. 29, 1931 he was an Army veteran of the Korean War, serving 3 years active duty and 18 years in the reserves. A mail carrier and postal worker for 50 years in Lynn, MA moving to Lockport, NY 18 months ago. He is survived by nephews and nieces, Jeanne (Dan) Helferty, William (Zona) Howell, Gary (Candice) Howell, Janice Howell, Beverly (Chris) Karbum, David (Lisa) Howell, and Michael (Judy) Howell.
Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family. Donations to Niagara Hospice or the VA Hospital, Buffalo, NY would be appreciated. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
