Stella J. Newman passed away September 20, 2017 in Newfane Rehab & Health Care Center. Born in Lockport May 6, 1927 she was the daughter of Louis and Sophia (Klos) Grendisa. Stella was the owner and operator of Ted's Inn in Barker with her late husband, Theodore G. Newman, he passed away March 5, 1994. Prior to she worked at Harrison Radiator where she was a secretary. Stella enjoyed working in her garden.
Stella is survived by her sons David (Clare) and Daniel Newman; sister of Cecelia Sasiadek, Helen Fura, and late Leon Grendisa, Thomas Grendisa, Catherine Karlak, Mary Kyzmir, Amelia Godzisz, and Ann Godzisz; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday September 27, 2017 at 11 AM in Hartland Central Cemetery. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
