Sue contributed her time to St. John the Baptist RC Church. She was president of the Board of Directors at the YWCA and later worked as a secretary there. She taught her children to love nature, took many camping trips. She loved learning the arts, theater, galleries, and museums. Her second home "at the lake" was her favorite place to be, she was the treasurer of the Board at the lake's Outting Park for over forty years. Sue enjoyed playing cards, reading, being with family and friends was the loves of her life. She always said "Leave a place better than you find it." She left our world better a place.
