Patricia A. Howard passed away February 25, 2017 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Clarence Center, NT on May 2, 1943 she was the daughter of Maynard and Julia (Graber) Cummings. Patricia is survived by her husband Robert V. Howard, Jr. and her sister Joann Obermiller.
