Carol A. Tomkinson passed away on February 10, 2017 in Niagara Hospice House. Carol was born on February 27, 1931 in Lockport, NY, a daughter of James and Winifred (Orr) Dafoe.
Carol was member of the Altar Guild at Christ Episcopal Church. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. Carol and George loved to dine out and especially dance. You could see them "cutting a rug" at various dance clubs.
She is survived by her husband George Tomkinson; her children: David Tomkinson and Darla (Rob) Emmerson; her grandchildren; Brian and Riley Emmerson.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11 AM in Christ Episcopal Church 7145 Fieldcrest Drive Lockport. Donations to Niagara Hospice House 4675 Sunset Drive Lockport, NY 14094 or to Christ Episcopal Church 7145 Fieldcrest Drive Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
