Theresa V. Buczkowski passed away September 14, 2016 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born in Lockport April 29, 1923 she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (DiFranza) Vitone. Theresa worked for the Lockport School District where she was a cafeteria worker. She was predeceased by her husband, whom she married May 4, 1946 living the majority of their lives in the Town of Lockport, Chester J. Buczkowski on February 23, 2008.
Theresa is survived by her children Paul (Frances) Buczkowski, Joseph (Karen) Buczkowski, Anita (Daniel) Tice, James (Barbara) Buczkowski and John (Judith) Buczkowski all of Lockport; grandmother of Lisa (Jonathan) May, Philip (Melanie) Buczkowski, Daniel (Chelsea) Tice, Jr., Christopher (Jennifer) Buczkowski, Andrea Buczkowski, Brian (Thomas) Buczkowski, Jason Buczkowski, Michael Buczkowski, Matthew Buczkowski and Michael (Amy) Tuttle; great grandmother of Hailey, Kylie, Sophie, Alyssa, Caidence, Gianna, Fiona, and Wyatt; sister of Francis (Louis) Golanka, the late Rose (Frank) Sposito, and Anna (Donald) Currie; several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Saturday, Sept. 17th at 11:30 AM in All Saints Oratory, 391 Market St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Briody Health Care Facility Scholarship Fund would be appreciated by the family. Visit pruddenandkandt.com
