James Myron Fiegel passed away Wednesday July 27, 2016 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Born in Lockport on November 11, 1945, he was the son of the late Myron F. and Viola Prahler Fiegel. James served in the US Navy from 1968 until his discharge in 1972. He was a serviceman for Harrison Radiator, and enjoyed motorcycle riding, boating, Air shows, especially the one in Geneseo. He also loved to farm and talking about his tractors. James will be sadly missed by his Tim Horton's Coffee Group. He is survived by his wife; JoAnn (Kopchick) Fiegel; a step-son; Eric (Brittany) Ritz; his two grandchildren; his sisters; Joanne Popp-Lindemann, Judith (Frank) Ford, Carol (Robert) Wehrlin; brother-in-law; Michael (Dawn) Kopchick; his best friends; Robert (Louise) Hebeler and Doug (Linda) Neubecker and their families. He was loved by many nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by his sister; Patricia (Robert) Seibel. Friends may call on Sunday July 31st 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday August 1st at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
