Fay A. Schick passed away June 19, 2016 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born in Savannah, GA on December 29, 1918 she was the daughter of William and Ollie (Wilson) Alderman. Faith was very important to Fay who was a 55 year member of the Harris Hill Baptist Church in Clarence. She played and taught piano and organ for many years, enjoyed sewing and crocheting and loved being with her family. Fay was predeceased by her husband William Schick in 2000.
Fay is survived by her children Hal, Paul, Josephine (Mark) Piret and the late William and James; grandmother of Kathy Reed, Megan Piret and Jonathan Piret; great grandmother of Patrick, Faith and Kayla Reed.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 23rd from 9-11 AM followed by services at 11 AM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Interment will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Buffalo. Donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated. Visit www.pruddenandkandt.com.
