Obituary of Bessie Lorraine Jones

Bessie Lorraine Jones passed away peacefully on May 20, 2016 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Queens, NY on March 31, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Henry and Rosa Lie Savage Lewis. Loraine worked as a customer service representative at Lockport Savings Bank. She is predeceased by her husband William "Butch" Jones, who passed away May 17, 2006.
Lorraine is survived by her daughter Nicole "Nicki" Jones; and her four brothers, Henry (Marleen) Lewis of Winder, GA., Robert (Wanda) Lewis of Niagara Falls, Ronald (Danette) Lewis of Akron, OH, and Kenneth Lewis of Bath, NY. She is also survived by her Uncle Bud (Dorothy) Savage of Washington, DC, and a host of nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday May 24, 2016 at 12 PM, in the First AME Church, 123 South Street, Lockport.
