Richard A. Sattelberg passed away Thursday April 28, 2016 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls on January 16, 1928, he was the son of Leonard and Esther Comfort Sattelberg. Richard was a self-employed general contractor in Lockport for many years, he enjoyed doing yardwork, gardening, woodworking and was a member of the Masons. He is predeceased by his wife Shirley (Jacobi) Sattelberg, who passed away December 2, 2009, a son, David Sattelberg and his sister Jane Moeller.
Richard was the father of Thomas (JoAnne) Sattelberg, John Sattelberg and Daniel (Carol) Sattelberg; grandfather of Patricia, Christine, Kayla, Jessica, Thomas and William.
Friends may call Tuesday May 3rd 4-8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will be held Wednesday May 4th at 10 AM. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery
