Charles Palisano entered into rest, surrounded by his loving children on Monday April 25, 2016, in Elderwood at Williamsville. Born in Lockport on May 10, 1924, he was the son of the late Frank and Rose Poretta Palisano. Charles was a bricklayer and worked with New York State as a safety engineer, and was also contracted by several countries internationally as a safety engineer. Charles was the husband of Norma LaBabera Palisano and the late Betty Liskoff Palisano, who passed away July 4, 1987.
Loving father of Charles (Cheryl) Palisano, Carl (Lori) Palisano, Joseph (Thomas Bry) Palisano, Kathleen (Robert) Johnston, Beth D'Angelo, Teresa (Patrick) Reynolds and the late Frank (late Debra) Palisano and 3 step children. Dear grandfather of 17, great grandfather of 33 and great great grandfather of 2. Charles was the brother of Josephine "Min" Diel and is also survived by several nieces nephews and dear friends.
Friends may call Saturday April 30th 1-3 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where a Memorial service will immediately follow at 3 PM. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to the WNY Kidney Foundation, 266 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14222, would be appreciated by the family.
