Baumeister- Frank J., of Lockport, passed away April 24, 2016. Born in Buffalo on February 3, 1925. He served in the US Navy from 1943 until 1946 and worked for Carborundum in Niagara Falls, NY. Frank enjoyed traveling to the Adirondacks and photography. He is predeceased by his wife Jean Baumeister, who passed away in 2008, and his brother Edward and sister Florence Welch. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family
