Obituary of Donald Frey

Donald James Frey passed away after a short illness November 22, 2007 in Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital.� Born January 20, 1924 in Akron, NY he was the son of Eli and Martha Meyers Frey.� Donald served in Army Air Corp from 1944 to 1945 during WW II.� He worked as a pipe fitter at Harrison Radiator retiring in 1986.� Donald was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church where he was extremely helpful and the UAW Retirees.� He enjoyed his family, helping others, golfing and hunting.� Donald was predeceased by his wife Dorothy Jane Brady Frey in 1996. � Donald is survived by his son Michael (Patricia) Frey of Lockport.� He was the grandfather of Katelyn M. Frey of Lockport.� Donald is also survived by his sister Dora Albrecht of Clarence Center and several nieces and nephews. Don was predeceased by eight other siblings. � Friends may call Sunday evening 7-9 PM and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where prayers will be offered Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM to be celebrated in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport.� Entombment will be in Glenwood Mausoleum.� Memorials to the American Lung Association of WNY, 210 John Glenn Drive, Suite 3, Buffalo, NY 14228 would be appreciated by the family. <h3>Visitation</h3> Visitation Times
