Obituary of Rosemary Ryan

Rosemary O&amp;#39;Byrne Ryan passed away November 18, 2007. Born December 12, 1934 in Lockport she was the daughter of the late Donald and Florence Moore O&amp;#39;Byrne. Rosemary was a graduate of St. Joseph&amp;#39;s Academy and the Sisters of Charity School of Nursing. Following graduation she started working in the maternity department at Lockport Memorial Hospital which turned into a 40 year career at the Hospital. "Rosie" loved her family and friends and enjoyed playing bridge. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by her husband William J. Ryan; children Tom (Anne) Ryan of Williamsville, Theresa (Dr. Dietrich) Jehle of Williamsville, Karen (Thomas) Gladden of Pittsburgh and Krista (John) Isherwood of Lockport and twelve loving grandchildren. Rosemary was the sister of Michael (Rose Ann) O&amp;#39;Byrne, Eugene (Kathleen) O&amp;#39;Byrne III, Phyllis (Harry) Green, Kathleen Niland, Eileen (Alan) Oestriech and the late Joanne Chapman, James, John and David O&amp;#39;Byrne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, memorials to the Bundles of Babies, 36 Deer Run Court, Williamsville, NY 14221 are greatly appreciated. <h3>Visitation</h3> Visitation Times
